The Destiny Project
A Transformational Journey for Women

The Destiny Project is an eight-week, communal coaching journey toward naming and designing your life around your deepest life purpose. Through this teleconference journey, our certified facilitators will guide you through the 8 practical steps of our proven Visioneering Process that will break you out of stuck patterns in your life, reawaken your heart's capacity to dream, guide you to create a crystal-clear vision for your future, and provide practical tools for stepping up to the bigger life you were created to live.

Participating in a Destiny Project Group may be one of the most significant explorations of your life. It is an exploration not merely of your career path (though that will certainly play a part), nor is it just about balancing the many tasks and roles you must fulfill in your daily routine (though that is certainly important). This journey will take you deeper than personality tests and time management programs can go--to an exploration of who you really are at the core, what really makes you come alive, and what big gift lives inside of you that, if unleashed, will inspire the world around you to come alive as well.

  • You'll discover your deepest life purpose, and describe it in detail.

  • You'll “map” out your dreams for the life you most want to experience and enjoy.

  • You'll transform your dreams into specific, clearly-defined visionary goals that you can and will achieve.

  • You'll forge accountable friendships with others just like you—women who've had enough of living small, and are committed to stepping up to the life of their biggest dreams.

  • You'll learn practical tools to move beyond the obstacles that have historically stopped you from your goals.

  • You'll "plan for success" by designing a practical, personalized road map to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

  • You'll move from what you want to do to what you will do.

  • And much more!

Kristina Bailey, CPCC

 Kristina Bailey Personal Coaching
 Kristina Bailey is a Professional Life Coach, trained and certified through The Coaches Training Institute; with specialized training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through The Center for Right Relationship. Her background includes Corporate Trainer, Lay Counselor, Facilitator and Speaker for women’s events. She is very involved with the Intentional Woman Ministries and is an active member of the International Coach Federation and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

As coach, a writer and an artist, Kristina communicates effectively and creatively, which is one of the reasons why she is so excited about The Destiny Project: “What I LOVE about the Destiny Project is the way it creatively engages your heart in revealing your unique passion and purpose in life.  Shannon received her life coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and has earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation. She is the founder and president of Inner Wisdom Coaching Services--a community of coaches that supports women in discovering and fulfilling their life’s purpose. Shannon’s life and work are based on Jeremiah 29:11, which fuels her passion to help women discover God’s plan and unique purpose for their lives. Through individual and group coaching services, Shannon creates a safe and sacred space for women to be fully seen and heard as they free their hearts to experience their dreams and make them real. With a unique blend of encouragement and calling forth, Shannon’s clients embrace their limitations and overcome their fears while relying on the power of the Holy Spirit to transform their lives and deepen their faith. Deep Waters Coaching & Communications
Lisa received her life coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coaches Federation. She bases her coaching on Proverbs 20:5, being the person of understanding who invites you to dive into your heart to discover your God-given identity and purpose. Through this discovery, you can experience intimacy with God, transformation in your spirit, and a renewed calling for your life. She has traveled across the United States delivering motivational messages to adolescent and adult audiences through speech, music, and drama. As well, she has contributed her writing, both fiction and non-fiction, to more than fifty print and online publications. For over two decades she has served as a church leader in both lay and professional capacities.

Jennifer Askew

 Jennifer received her life coach training from The Coaches Training Institute and is an Associate Coach with Inner Wisdom Coaching Services . She believes that every woman is created with unique gifts and talents, and is passionate about helping you identify yours. You are full of a God given identity and mission, but you have to do the personal work to be able to begin to live it out. I live my live and coach from the verse, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful I know that full well.” Psalm 139:14 NIV , which empowers my clients to believe the truth about who they are.

What I love about the Destiny Project is that I have done years of personal work but never really took the time or had the specific tools to create true statements about myself from God. I now can tap into those tools anywhere I go or in anything I do. I was given the chance to really identify who I am at my best and my worst, so I can choose how I show up in life!”

I am a blessed woman, as a wife, a mother of three, a daughter, a sister, an educator, a friend, an adopted child, and a Life Coach. I am able to see who God has created me to be and live out those roles more honorably after going through the Destiny Project. Paige Harris

 Paige Harris, ACC, B.S. in O.T., is a Certified Coach, Credentialed by the International Coach Federation, and trained by Western Seminary in Portland, OR. She is the founder and lead coach of Harris Coaching Group and an Affiliate Coach with Inner Wisdom Coaching Services.

Being passionate about empowering others to live out their lives on purpose, Paige coaches women to embrace and choreograph the dance of their hearts’ core essence. With Matthew 5:14-16 as the backdrop of her heart and life, Paige doesn’t take lightly that we were put here on this earth to be a light & to SHINE~ to bring out ‘the God-colors in the world’! Wendy Balman, CPCC

 Wendy earned her B.A. in Organizational Management from Concordia University in Illinois and is now an M.A. candidate in Organization Systems Renewal at Seattle University in Washington. Wendy is a certified life coach through the Coaches Training Institute and is also a member of the International Coach Federation. As a trained prayer minister through both the Theophostic Prayer and Elijah House Ministries, Wendy enjoys bringing these life giving ways of engaging God’s presence into her coaching and communications. As a leader, Wendy brings a unique mix of presence, play, and insight. Her improv training through Second City Chicago also shows up as she loves to explore ideas with a creative, can-do approach. She loves inviting women to connect with their core identities, establish boundaries that serve them, and develop out-the-box thinking … in order to experience personal renewal and revival … in a safe and supportive environment. Her current life theme is dangerous, radical, free joy.
