Michael Warden, CPCC Founder, The Ascent Coaching Group Inc. Michael D. Warden is the founder and president of the Ascent Coaching Group. As a Professional Co-Active Coach, he is fully trained and certified through the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. With over 18 years of experience working in Christian ministry and with Christian leaders, Michael brings a unique understanding of the special challenges and dreams of those called to leadership in the Body of Christ. His personal passion is to inspire leaders toward a lifestyle of ongoing transformational intimacy with Christ, so that they might fulfill--both in ministry and in life--all that God dreams for them. Lisa Lauffer, CPCC, ACC Associate Coach, The Ascent Coaching Group Inc. Lisa received her life coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute, and is a member of the International Coaches Federation. She bases her coaching on Proverbs 20:5, being the person of understanding who invites you to dive into your heart to discover your God-given identity and purpose. Through this discovery, you can experience intimacy with God, transformation in your spirit, and a renewed calling for your life. She has traveled across the United States delivering motivational messages to adolescent and adult audiences through speech, music, and drama. As well, she has contributed her writing, both fiction and non-fiction, to more than fifty print and online publications. Kerri Loesche The Essential Assistant Kerri is a personal and editorial assistant who offers busy people like yourself what you need most—time. Time to zero in on the tasks that will build your business. Time to relax. Time to enjoy friends and family. Time away from your desk. She has been in the publishing industry for thirteen years with experience in contracts, media licensing, copyright registrations, proofreading, formatting, and compiling manuscripts. Kerri has also operated as a personal or virtual assistant for 10 years. In this aspect, she handles newsletter postings and delivery, research, managing databases, scheduling clientele, invoicing, and a variety of other tasks while incorporating her daily skills into providing her clients with more options. Shannon Bruce, CPCC, PCC ACG-Licensed "Destiny Project" Leader Inner Wisdom Coaching Services Shannon received her life coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and has earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation. She is the founder and president of Inner Wisdom Coaching Services--a community of coaches that supports women in discovering and fulfilling their life’s purpose. Shannon’s life and work are based on Jeremiah 29:11, which fuels her passion to help women discover God’s plan and unique purpose for their lives. Through individual and group coaching services, Shannon creates a safe and sacred space for women to be fully seen and heard as they free their hearts to experience their dreams and make them real. With a unique blend of encouragement and calling forth, Shannon’s clients embrace their limitations and overcome their fears while relying on the power of the Holy Spirit to transform their lives and deepen their faith. She is the first Licensed Facilitator of the Ascent Coaching Group's Destiny Project Course, which helps others live out their life’s mission with purpose and intention by uncovering their authentic identity in Christ.

Kristina Bailey, CPCC ACG-Licensed "Destiny Project" Leader Kristina Bailey Personal Coaching Kristina Bailey, CPCC, is a Certified Professional Life Coach, trained and certified through The Coaches Training Institute; with specialized training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through The Center for Right Relationship. Her background includes Corporate Trainer, Case Manager for mentors and youth-at-risk, Lay Counselor, Facilitator for both small and large groups and Speaker for women’s events and retreats. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors). As a writer and an artist, Kristina communicates effectively and creatively, which is one of the reasons why she is so excited about The Destiny Project: “What I LOVE about the Destiny Project is the way it creatively engages your heart in revealing your unique passion and purpose in life. It by-passes your head’s tendency to want to figure it all out and taps directly into the aliveness and vibrancy within you that is uniquely yours. Jenn Peppers, CPCC Consylium Coaching Jenn is a certified life coach (Coaches Training Institute) and owner of Consylium Coaching, a business dedicated to helping people break through the obstacles in their lives to discover freedom, aliveness and success. For most, that means fully engaging with their hearts starting with a heavy dose of self-awareness and connecting to who they truly are rather than who the world is asking them to be. This process is transformational and requires facing the truth about what they believe about God and themselves. From that authentic place, dreams begin to emerge and coaching becomes about moving intentionally toward the life that is calling them. Jenn’s coaching specializes in guiding people through career transitions and seasons of doubt or fear.

Timothy Pynes, Spiritual Director & Coach The Navigatio Group Tim Pynes is the Director of The Navigatio Group, an organization focused on “wholeness-ing” for individuals and groups utilizing the skills of Spiritual Direction, Coaching, and Counseling. “Navigatio” is the Latin word for “voyage,” and Tim’s primary focus is on helping individuals get clear about the life they must live, by helping them intentionally co-create (with God) their voyage of life and faith.
