"Powerful Conversations" Leadership Course
Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level of fulfillment and
impact? Whether you're wanting to make the most of your impact & influence as a
leader in your workplace, in your marriage, or with friends, this workshop will
give you the skills you need to do it! Drawing from the rich well of his coach
training and experience, Michael will train you in 7 powerful,
easy-to-understand coaching skills that will maximize your impact with others
and launch your personal and leadership relationships to a whole new level of
connection, impact and growth.

women)
The Destiny Project is an eight-week,
communal coaching journey toward naming and

purpose. Through this teleconference journey,
Michael will personally guide you through the 8

patterns in your life, reawaken your heart's
capacity to dream, guide you to create a
crystal-clear vision for your future, and

bigger life you were created to live.

BraveHeart Intensive
& Fellowship (for men)
The BraveHeart Intensive is is a Christ-centered, eight-week
teleconference journey to name and re-vision your life around the core truth of
who you are as a man and your unique, God-inspired Life Mission. Through his
proven Visioneering Process,
Michael will guide you to create a fresh vision for your life using 8 powerful
coaching tools that work together to break you out of stuck patterns, reawaken
your capacity to dream, guide you to a unique and compelling vision for your
future, and provide strategic tools for stepping up to the Bigger Life you were
created to live.
In partnership with The Navigatio Group (www.thenavigatiogroup.com),
the BraveHeart Fellowship is an ongoing challenge group open to men who have
completed the BraveHeart Intensive. Led by both a trained coach and an
experienced spiritual director, the fellowship is a crucible focused on
empowering men to take action, strategically redesigning every arena of their
lives around their life mission, core identity and values. This is no
run-of-the-mill accountability group. It's way beyond that. It's like the Fight
Club of the Heart. It's like the Band of Brothers for the Soul...If you're not
truly hungry to take your life and calling to the next level, this group isn't
for you.
